  1. Grind the coconut with one or two cloves of garlic,to a smooth paste and keep aside..
  2. Grind little mustard and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. splutter one tsp of mustard seed.Now saute the onions,ginger,green chillies and curry leaves one by one till the onions get slightly brown or till the smell of the onions comes out. Do not allow it to be crispy or over brown. It is better to add a pinch of salt while sauting the onions. Now add the cocounut paste and continue strring for few minutes till the gravy is cooked.Add the pulp of one passion fruit and take out from fire.Now add the curd, mustard powder and mix....
