  7. divide dough in 1/2 keep other half covered so it doesn't dry..
  8. Roll the dough on floured board to 1/8 in thick..
  9. cut dough into rectangles to whatever size u like..
  10. heat the vegetable oil to 400°F in large skillet or deep fryer..
  11. carefully put first sopapilla in hot oil. once its puffed u can turn it around until golden brown..
  12. place cooked sopapillas on a plate with a paper towel..
  13. once they are all done enjoy with some honey :).
