Recipe: Yummy Omelette Heaven

Ingredients of Omelette Heaven

  1. You need 3 of large eggs.
  2. Prepare 3 of large strips bacon.
  3. You need 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of frozen/fresh spinach.
  5. You need 1 of small tomato.
  6. It's 1 of small white onion.
  7. Prepare 3 Tbsp of butter.
  8. You need to taste of Salt and pepper.

Omelette Heaven instructions

  1. Fry bacon in small frying pan until barely brown (save bacon grease).
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp butter and bacon grease in frying pan.
  4. Add whisked eggs to frying pan on lowest setting.
  5. Chop tomatoes finely.
  6. For frozen spinach: drain excess water, sautee spinach in small frying pan on low setting with 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. For fresh spinach: chop spinach finely, sautee in small frying pan on low setting with 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Chop onion finely, place into small frying pan to sautee on medium setting, add bacon once onions begin to soften, fry bacon/onion mixture until barely crispy.
  9. Add bacon/onion mixture to top of egg in frying pan.
  10. Add shredded cheese to top of bacon/onion mixture.
  11. Add spinach to top of shredded cheese.
  12. Add tomatoes to top of spinach.
  13. Broil for 5 minutes in frying pan.
  14. Serve with toast: optional.

Did I mention we have Omelettes!? I gave this double egg omelette a Spanish touch and trust me that tastes like heaven. Eggs are the prime ingredient of this recipe further stuffed with potatoes,corns and( my all -time-favourite. Egg Heaven is a small neighborhood spot with very LARGE portions of great food. We ordered the Hobo and loaded potatoes, and OMG. we had a whole breakfast left when we were done.
