BBQ sauce, basic but kickin. Serve grilled chicken with remaining barbecue sauce. Today's sauce - something I've named "Bri's Kickin' Barbecue Sauce" - is thick with a kick, full of deep flavor with some fruity notes, and perfect for basting onto a rack of baby back ribs. This sauce is more of a basting and dipping sauce, but if you came here for pulled pork, click here for my Perfect Barbecue Sauce recipe.

It is very popular with users of 'ceramic' type smokers and grills, (i.e. Primo, Kamado, Big Green Egg, etc.) By JRNEUMILLER; WATCH. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and brown sugar. However, for myself and my family's tastes I added fresh finely chopped onions, minced garlic, liquid hickory smoke flavouring and some honey. Wow, to die for or what!
