  6. Prepare of Sriracha sauce (add to taste).
  7. It's of Soy sauce (Optional but recommended).

I just used whatever was around or had in my fridge. I don't recall the exact time it takes but prep and cooking should not take more t. Make the spicy tuna salad: Make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a bowl. If you aren't sure about the spice, start with a small amount and add as you go.

  1. Heat up that left over rice in a microwave safe bowl. Could throw it in for a minute or so. It just needs to not be cold. Pro tip: add some splashes of water so it’s not brittle if you’re reheating old rice.

  4. Sauce it. Mix it. Enjoy! For the sauce I had my 2 suggestions, but you can add whatever else too (ketchup, mayo, goguchang, etc).
