  7. While adding wheat flour, make sure to keep stirring continuously with spoon and then cover for 5 minutes..
  8. Now we will make Tarka for nihari. Take a pan and add 2 Tsp.oil then add zeera and 1 Tsp. Kashmiri laal Mirch pissi hue and cook for 1 min and then add it to the meat..
