Chia Fruit Pudding. This post was created in partnership with Sprouts. With vibrant colors, fresh fruit, and protein-packed chia seeds, this Rainbow Chia Pudding is a fun and healthy way to start the day! This is actually my preferred method for making chia pudding.
Still chilly but less everywhere cheery time. Still having fun with food but less frosting and sprinkles time. When you're in need of a quick, no-cook, make-ahead breakfast, chia pudding checks all the boxes. You can cook Chia Fruit Pudding using 5 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

- You need 1/4 cup of Chia seeds.
- You need 1 of Cinnamon.

- You need 1 of Your favorite fruits.
You can even keep jars of it in the fridge for snacks or dessert. This recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed. In the step by step video tutorial we created, we made a double batch! In a couple hours, your seeds will be transformed into creamy, smooth pudding.
Chia Fruit Pudding step by step
- Add chia seeds to coconut milk. Stir.
- Add a bit of cinnamon. Stir.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Chia pudding by itself lasts for 3-5 days.
- Add fruits (and honey/agave if desired).
We like ours topped with fresh fruit and granola, but feel free to go. This chia pudding could be put in reused baby food jars, small mason jars, or even squeeze pouches to be included for school lunches. Personally, I love this with some chopped soaked nuts, fresh fruit, or even chocolate shavings for breakfast or a delicious low-sugar dessert. There are two texture options for chia. Chia seeds have long been considered a "superfood," but what does that actually mean?
