  5. You need 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning mix.
  6. You need 3 (15 oz) of cans tomatoes (I use diced and fire roasted).

  8. Prepare 1 can of kidney beans, drained.
  9. It's 1 can of black beans, drained.
  10. You need 1 1/2 cups of frozen corn.

  1. Brown hamburger meat, garlic and onion in a 6 qt soup pot. Drain off any remaining grease..
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for at least 20 minutes. I also throw a hand full of shredded taco cheese in the pot and let it melt. Serve hot with garnishes..
  3. Notes: I sometimes add more tomatoes, sauce, corn and beans so I can have leftovers..
  4. Optional garnishes: tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese or green onions..
