  1. It's 3 of green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds & 3 cloves of garlic,1 tsp salt,1 tsp baking pwd.
  2. It's 2 cups of yellow lentils soaked in water for 2 hours.
  3. You need 1 of tbsn red chilli pwd,1 small onion chopped, 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped and 1 green chilli chopped (optional).

There is no general agreement about the right way of spelling dal… Dal, for instance, is the Indian term for dried, split pulses, like lentils, peas or beans. Dal is also the term used when speaking about a dish made with lentils, a super spicy. Mung beans are not lentils and used to belong to the species that we commonly call bean but have been reclassified and so are no longer technically beans.

  1. First soak the lentils for atleast 2 hour now strain the water and grind coarsely with cumin,chilli and garlic (make it thick batter).
  2. Now add the red chilli pwd,baking pwd and salt.mix it well.now add the chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chilli (optional) now mix well.now heat oil in a deep pan/vessel n put the batter spoon by spoon n fry the fritters. (U can even save the batter n use the next day).
