  1. You need 1/2 bunch of nira (chinese chives) (wash and cut into 3cm pieces).
  2. It's 2 of beaten eggs.
  3. You need 2 1/2 tbsp of sake.
  4. You need 2 tsp of soy sauce.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of mirin.
  6. You need 2 tsp of sugar.

How to Make Niratama (Garlic Chive Scrambled Eggs). Ingredients used in Niratama Garlic chive and Egg. When the leaf are soften, add beaten egg and cover it for a few seconds. When the egg get cooked,the dish is ready.

  1. Combine all seasonings in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. (after boiled about 30 sec).
  2. Add nira, stir and simmer over medium-low heat until cooked. (nira is cooked in a flash).
  3. Pour the beaten egg evenly on surface and cook for 20~30 sec over low heat. Cover with a lid and turn off the heat. Steam the egg until desired doneness..
